Wood Wiley and Jebian Consulting Structural Engineering is a privately held professional corporation which has been providing quality structural engineering service to clients throughout California from our Fresno office since 1959. We are ideally suited to serve the diversified needs of the steadily growing economies of the Central Valley and Central Coast areas.

Our firm provides services for various types of projects and can apply them to virtually every type of modernization, alteration, tenant improvement and new construction. We regularly work with the Building Agencies for Cities and Counties of Fresno and Madera, Division of the State Architect (DSA) and the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI, formerly OSHPD). Our extensive experience with these agencies has allowed us to develop strong working relationships with key members of their agency both in Sacramento and locally.
