Vance Wiley, S.E.

Biography

Vance Wiley began working for the company in 1961 as a project engineer, while he attended California State University Fresno. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Fresno State in 1963. In 1979 Arthur Sauer retired and Vance became Vice President and partner with Joe Wood. At that time the company became Wood Wiley & Associates.

Vance retired from active participation in the company in 2005. At that time Tony Jebian became the owner and principal engineer under the name Wood Wiley & Jebian. Currently Vance serves in an advisory role and consultant to the company.

While practicing Vance was in responsible charge of the design and production of many projects including hospitals, schools, office buildings, and manufacturing plants.
